"Enhancing the Lives of Others Through Volunteer Service"
Welcome!

Mission

The mission of the GFWC Uxbridge Womans Club is to promote
Educational, Social, and Civic interests of the community.

History

The Uxbridge Womans Club was established March 30, 1950,
and admitted to the
Greater Federation of Women's Clubs, one
of the world's largest and oldest women's volunteer service
organizations, on May 7, 1952.

The club is made up of various committees that are dedicated to
promoting the different aspects of community service from
American Home, to Conservation, Education, Fine Arts and
International Affairs.  Some of our ongoing projects include:

Provide support to the People First Food Pantry
Backpacks for students in need
Supplies to Veterans Services
Educational Scholarships
Donations to the public library
